Once engaged, we develop a comprehensive design concept tailored entirely to you. Space planning, material selection, furniture curation, lighting, color, and finish, every detail is considered and presented for your review before anything moves forward.
We manage all ordering, vendor coordination, and contractor scheduling on your behalf. As both your designer and general contractor, we eliminate the gaps that typically fall through the cracks, ensuring every trade, every delivery, and every timeline is handled with precision.
For renovation projects, we oversee every aspect of construction, working exclusively with trusted, vetted tradespeople. You receive regular updates without having to manage a single contractor yourself. We are your single point of contact from demolition through completion.
When your home is ready, we handle the complete installation of all furnishings, art, and accessories. You are not handed a to-do list, you are handed the keys to a finished home. Every pillow placed, every light adjusted, every detail resolved.
