The Hamptons Home Store – Return Policy

At The Hamptons Home Store, we take great pride in offering luxury home decor, furnishings, and bespoke pieces. To maintain the highest quality standards, we have established the following strict return guidelines.

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for store credit or exchange only.
• Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging with all tags and protective coverings intact.
• A valid proof of purchase is required for all returns.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or damaged in transit.

Due to the exclusive and delicate nature of our collections, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

• Custom, made-to-order, and personalized items
• Upholstered furniture, rugs, and textiles
• Lighting, mirrors, and artwork
• Holiday and seasonal decor
• Gift cards
• Items marked as Final Sale

• All claims for damage must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label.
• We will initiate an insurance claim with the carrier, and if approved, a replacement or store credit will be issued.
• Damage caused by improper use, handling, installation, or modifications is not covered under this policy.

To protect our business and valued customers from fraudulent returns, we strictly enforce the following policies:

• Serial returners or excessive return activity may result in denied returns, store credit limitations, or account suspension.
• High-value purchases ($1,000+) require additional verification before approval for returns.
• All returns are inspected upon receipt. Items that do not meet our return criteria will not be accepted or refunded.
• Orders flagged for suspicious return behavior will be subject to review, and we reserve the right to refuse service to individuals engaging in fraudulent activity.
